Returns & Exchanges

At Candles & Crafties Co., your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we follow a fair but firm policy on returns and exchanges.

1. All Sales Are Final – With Exceptions

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns.
However, we will gladly assist you if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You received the wrong product

• There’s a manufacturing defect

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives broken or incorrect:

1. Email us at info@candlesandcrafties.co.za

2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Let us know your order number and the issue

We’ll offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

3. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in their original condition

• Packaging should be intact for returns (if applicable)

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items or custom orders

• Used candles or opened packaging

• “Change of mind” purchases

5. Return Process

If approved for return or exchange:

• We will arrange for collection (or request return to our workshop)

• Processing may take 2–5 business days

• Store credit or replacement will be issued after inspection
