• Longer processing during peak seasons (e.g. festive, Valentine’s)

Custom orders may require additional time—this will be communicated upfront.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 1–3 business days within Gauteng

• 2–5 business days to other provinces

Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location:

• R60 for Gauteng

• R100 for all other provinces

• Free delivery on orders over R800

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
